Glowholic subscription

On this page you will learn how to manage your subscription. You can update your payment method, postpone or skip payments, add products to your plan, and pause or cancel your subscription. All changes can be easily made in the customer portal.

This is how subscriptions work with Glowholic®

For example, if you have a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month and you will receive the products delivered directly to your door every month without you having to place the order yourself!

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot to the left of the text. The only case in which the subscription cannot be canceled is if you have signed up for a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.

You can access the customer portal via the magic link you received in the email sent to you when you first ordered a subscription in the store. You can also access your subscriptions when you create an account in our store.

How can I skip or postpone a fee?

You can skip or reschedule the fee in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery you will find a "Skip Payment" button that allows you to skip the fee. To reschedule the fee, simply click the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Yes, of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Simply click the "Edit" button in the product card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

If your subscription cannot be renewed because a payment could not be processed, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method.
